We're looking for a dedicated Sales Specialist to join our vibrant team. This position is fully commission-based, meaning the sky is the limit when it comes to your earnings.

As a Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to source new clients and fill their recruitment needs. You will not receive a base salary; instead, you will earn commissions based on the deals you close. The more clients you acquire, the more placements you make, the greater your reward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your phone, e-mail, Linkedin, CRM to manage and grow your client base
• Develop and execute strategies to source new clients and fill their recruitment needs
• Collaborate with our network of recruiters to match candidates with clients
• Represent our established brand, maintaining our reputation of excellence in the industry

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience (preferably in recruitment or a related field)

• Comfortable working in a no-cure-no-pay structure
• CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
